Combined Low Pressure & Temperature Sensors
Robust Ceramic Capacitive pressure transducer combined with NTC temperature
sensor specially developed for automotive alternative powered engines (CNG /
LPG). Certified according to R67 and R110 European regulations.
For use in Liquid Petroleum Gas (LNG) and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) engine
applications.

Combined High Pressure & Temperature Sensors
Developed for high pressure and temperature applications, such as transmission
and common rail pressure, the P5000 series utilizes thin film strain gauge
technology sputtered onto a stainless steel diaphragm, that is directly welded
onto the pressure port (hermetic seal). On request, this sensor is available
with an amplified temperature signal (0.5 to 4.5 VDC).

Urea Injection Pressure Transducer
Kavlico has developed the P2000 pressure transducer for Urea-Air dosing units,
responsible for providing the required amount of the reducing agent (AdBlue™
/Air) to the catalytic converter module.
Utilizes ceramic capacitive sensing technology. For SCR (Selective Catalytic
Reduction) systems for truck applications.

Pressure Transducer
The P2000 utilizes a ceramic capacitive sensing element with a long-standing,
field-proven installed base. The primary application for this sensor is for
Exhaust Gas After-treatment (P3) in harsh high temperature environmental
conditions. A newly designed Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) in
combination with specially chosen materials make it possible for the sensor to
be exposed to elevated temperatures of up to +155°C.

Pneumatic Brake Pressure
Kavlico employs various designs and technologies for electronic braking and air
suspension systems found on trucks and in heavy-duty applications. These small
yet robust designs can be mounted directly into the pneumatic valve system or
direct-mounted onto the PCB of the electronic control unit.

OEM Pressure Sensor Modules
Kavlico OEM sensor modules operate from a 5 Vdc regulated input and provide a
0.5 through 4.5 Vdc output. (Other outputs available on request)
The OEM modules utilize Kavlico’s patented ceramic capacitive pressure sensing
technology that is well known for its superior long-term stability and low
hysteresis/repeatability characteristics.
The PS312 and P312 are available in pressure ranges of 50mBar to 2 Bar, while
the PS162 is available in pressure ranges of 300mBar to 200 Bar.
The brass spacer ring of the modules PS162 and PS312 assures easy and precise
mounting as well as protection of the electronic circuitry.
All OEM sensor modules provide a cost-effective solution for customers looking
for sensor integration into their own housing.

OEM Pressure Transducer
The model PE2000 ceramic capacitive pressure transducer is specifically designed
for pressure measurements between 400mBar and 50 Bar. The stainless steel
housing and ceramic diaphragm design can withstand exposure to a wide variety of
compatible liquid and gaseous media.
Excited by 5 Vdc, the PE2000 provides a 0.5 through 4.5 Vdc linear amplified
signal proportional to pressure.
Typical applications include outlet pressure of compressed air, hydraulic
systems, tank pressure monitoring, pressure measurements of aggressive fluids,
level measurements, and load weighing.

Pressure Transmitter
The PTE 255 operates from a 12 to 32 Vdc unregulated input and provides a
2-wire, 4-20mA current output. Available in pressure ranges of 0-250 mbar
through 0-160 bar (gage or absolute), the PTE255 features a stainless steel
modular construction with a G 1/4 A DIN 16288 or a G 1/2 A DIN 16288 pressure
port.
This device offers EMI protection with CE mark, high overpressure capability and
an industry-leading wide operating temperature span of (-40°C to +125°C).
Minimum operating life is 10 years.
The PTE255 utilizes Kavlico’s patented ceramic capacitive pressure sensing
technology that is well known for its superior long-term stability and low
hysteresis/repeatability characteristics.
The transmitter is ideally suited for liquid and gaseous pressure measurements
in HVAC, off-road, marine, medical, municipal water, compressor, braking, tank
level, and pump control applications.
